WASHINGTON - A key part of this holiday week is Black Friday and a financial website looked at the best places to shop.
WalletHub looked at several stores across 11 categories. When it comes to consumer electronics, WalletHub found the best deals are at JC Penney's, while the best deals for books, movie and music, are at Wal-Mart.
When it comes to discounts, WalletHub found that computers, phone, apparel and accessories are usually discounted by at least 15%. Other things, like furniture or jewelry, were discounted by less than 5%.
